We're Hiring

Property Manager:   12-16 hours per week. Primary purpose of position is to ensure the safe and friendly operations of church building and grounds.  The property manager will collaborate with and support church volunteers and staff; manage contracts; be responsive in emergencies.

  

 Qualifications:  

  • Minimum two years’ property management experience required.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of building/maintenance systems.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.

  • Ability to effectively interact with community, congregation, and staff team.

 

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Implements quality control of all church, state, and local regulations and policies/procedures related to kitchen and nursery school.

  • Assists with the budgeting process.

  • Manages daily operations of the church and nursery school spaces.

  • Oversees building maintenance.

  • Works positively with volunteers.

  • Responds to emergencies.
