This first day of Holy Week, we will celebrate Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem with our children carrying palms and pussy willows. And what can soothe the mind and give it rest? Inspire and heal the heart? On Palm Sunday, the NMCC choir will present special music. Do plan to join us and experience a most exquisite gift to your spirit in Worship.
Good Friday Tenebrae - 7pm

Tenebrae means “shadows.” We will read the story
of Jesus’ walk to the cross and crucifixion
as we extinguish candles, accompanying him
into the darkness of the tomb.
Easter Vigil
Our tradition is to take shifts alone or with friends or family in the sanctuary, keeping watch while Jesus is entombed.

As the dawn breaks and we lift up our hearts with music, readings and prayer, celebrating together God’s gifts of new life and wholeness. The cemetery is located less than a mile from NMCC on the right on Route 80, east of the 79/80 Circle, just before Summer Hill Road.
